Learning and Development Consultant
|
Through my company, Triangle Partnership, I provide a professional human resource development consultancy to small, medium and large businesses. I design, develop and deliver training programmes to all levels of staff, specialising in the areas of personal development, communication and leadership.
Using the tools and philosophy of Transactional Analysis, my main aims are to help people to build on their strengths, to understand how their behaviour affects others and how to work towards positive outcomes. I believe that the skills, talents and qualities of many people lie untapped and I derive a great deal of personal satisfaction from working with individuals to unlock their true potential. |

I carried out in-depth Training Needs Assessments across small to medium businesses, and advised on Health and Safety matters.

Training Officer

I organised training for the horticultural industry across a wide geographical area. Garden Centres, nurseries, landscapers etc subscribed to belong to the Group and I provided them with a professional training service. I carried-out detailed Training Needs Assessments on an annual basis with each member and from this identified the training needs of the business and individuals. I then arranged the training courses to meet those needs. I advised members on all aspects of training, legislation and personnel matters, and I often interviewed individual members of staff on training issues. In my role as Training Group Officer, I ran a business with all the organisational skills that entails: I was involved in strategic business decisions in terms of marketing, advertising and sales, as well as the routine book-keeping, visiting members and discussing training policy with senior members of staff.
