TA 101 - Introduction to Transactional Analysis
A psychological approach to human behaviour
We can get in our own way, creating difficulties for ourselves repeating patterns of behaviour that leave us feeling frustrated, stuck, angry or depressed. Transactional Analysis (TA) can help you break those destructive cycles, and give you the tools to move forward with confidence.
TA can be applied by anyone, in a variety of situations. It has an underlying ethos of positive regard for self and others, and a belief that everybody can change. The theories and techniques are easy to understand and are applicable in professional and personal contexts. The two day 101 programme is an internationally recognised qualification, stands alone as a module in communication skills, and it also provides the starting point for trainers and coaches to attend the TA for Practitioners group. Alternatively, it will provide the foundation in the TA for those interested in joining the Coach Fundamentals programme, for inexperienced coaches. |
