In 1998, Lynda attended an Introduction to Transactional analysis (TA 101) workshop run by Julie Hay, but it was not until 2003 that she signed her training contract.
She became a Certified Transactional Analyst (organisational field) in 2007, and a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in 2013).
Lynda has been running workshops at conferences throughout the world since 2004. She is also part of an international training team offering Certificate, Diploma and MSc in Transactional Analysis, and has delivered programme modules in Poland, the Ukraine and St Petersburg, in addition to the United Kingdom and conference workshops in the United States, Romania, Spain and Rome.
She runs a learning and development consultancy based in the southwest of England, which she has been running since 1991. She specialises in leadership development, and designs programmes teaching the concepts of Transactional Analysis in the public, private and charity sectors. She is currently writing up a major piece of research into TA and leadership, a two year study with a large care sector company, based in the southwest of the UK.
She delivers on average 75 days training a year in organisations such as Britanny Ferries, Trifast Fastenings, Milestones Trust and Crown Pet Foods.
She is also a coach and a supervisor.
